• Startup Plan: Adds Brand Data API, removes attribution requirements, and increases rate limits.
• Scale Plan: Further increases rate limits and includes priority support.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom solution with unlimited requests, Merchant API access, dedicated support, and custom features.

What is attribution and when is it required?

Attribution means crediting our service when using our logos on your website or application. Attribution is required on the Free Plan but not required on any paid plans (Startup, Scale, or Enterprise).

What is the Brand Data API?

The Brand Data API provides comprehensive information about brands beyond just their logos, including brand colors, typography, and other brand assets. This feature is available on all paid plans but not on the Free Plan.

What is the Merchant API and who has access to it?

The Merchant API provides logos and brand assets specifically tailored for payment processors and financial institutions, and is able to match transaction data to the correct brand. This feature is available only to Enterprise customers.

How do I upgrade from one plan to another?

You can upgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. The new rate limits and features will be available immediately after upgrading.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
